I was looking for a small Mexican-style boutique hotel that was affordable but still full of charm, and this place was perfect. The staff was so kind and welcoming, they truly made us feel like family. Special thanks to Maggy for her sweet attitude and great recommendations for food and excursions. The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with authentic Mexican touches. Restaurants and a market are just steps away, and it’s an easy walk to Medano Beach, the marina, and Lazaro Cardenas for shopping and nightlife. Even though it’s an older building, everything was well maintained and clean! We had what we needed: a mini fridge, shared kitchen, and cozy outdoor seating. The gates close at night, which made us feel very safe. If you want a clean, budget-friendly, and truly local place to stay, this is it.

Maggie, the front desk worker, was amazing! So kind and welcoming. They are in the process of renovating the rooms at this point. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, AC fan, and tv that has access to netflix. It was really close to amenities auch as qalmart, sou wnir shops, and tons of restaurants to try out.

I love this place. The ambiance is amazing. It’s very quiet. The staff are wonderful. They know me by name. They accommodate me during every stay and have even started offering perks. I was actually told I was “like family” by one of the staff members. I cannot say enough good things. I feel safe and taken well care of. Like I said, I love the place.

A great place, cute and quaint. The pizza restaurant seemed closed down. Pretty good location for walking to the marina and beach. Uber was easy to get. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The shower could have used a showerhead, but otherwise our stay was great!

It was okay, receptionists were friendly. Rooms were decent, no toiletries. Sheets kinda smelled the first night. Overall an economic stay in Cabo. But we're pretty sure that the cleaning crew stole one of my wife's pants which was kinda weird.

This property had the friendliest staff, in fact they were the best of anywhere we stayed during our month away, Edwin and the night guy (forget his name) were awesome!!! The location was perfect too, it was quaint, cute, and we met the nicest people there. The one and only issue we had was the awful smell coming from the bathroom…water or sewer smell not to sure, but we just kept the door shut. It is Mexico, and the price was more than fair. Would def stay again :)

I went to Cabo to fish with friends and was looking for an inexpensive room . Cabo Inn is an older historical hotel with a lot of history and character. (with stucco walls and Spanish tile floors). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. I will stay at Cabo Inn again, even though I have a timeshare 20km away.

This property is a great boutique hotel within walking distance to the Marina and mall areas. The rooms are being renovated and the upper floors are not handicapped enabled. One of the hidden gems is the pizza restaurant. I have been all over the world and it had some of the best pizza I have ever tasted!

Cabo Inn Hotel is authentic, colourful, clean and friendly. It’s not super fancy but that suits me fine. The staff are helpful. It’s quiet at night. The a/c works. Cleaning staff do a good job every day. It’s in convenient walking distance to the main tourist areas of Cabo San Lucas. Good value for money.
