We arrived at the hotel with the desk clerk sitting outside and smoking. Once he came in, he found our reservation but told us the hotel was full and voided our reservation. We tried to ask him why he wouldn’t hold our reservation but couldn’t get a clear answer from him (because obviously there wasn’t any reason to not hold our reservation when we had a credit card on file). He told us every hotel in the area was full but one, and sent us to his buddy’s hotel - Hotel Dubai. It was 9 pm and in a part of town we were told is not safe to walk through. The new hotel was the worst one I’ve ever been to. It wasn’t safe, clean, quiet, etc. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t risk a reservation at Hotel del Centro seeing as it is a huge waste of time and you’ll be hassled into a bad hotel anyway.

the hotel reported that my reservation wasn’t paid when i already paid it while reserving it. it ruined my day and my plans while solving the problem with the worst and most inefficient expedia representative that complicated things more than helping. he couldn’t even contact the hotel to fix the inconvenience. never booking through expedia again.

Todo muy bien en ese aspecto, el personal de recepción te atiende de lo mejor cualquier duda o inquietud te la resuelven. Solo si no quieren ruido muy temprano será imposible porque está en el mero centro de Monterrey. Solo algunos detalles estéticos en los cuartos pero si es solo para llegar a dormir está excelente

Servicio, ni tan malo ni tan bueno. La TV no tenía función de escoger el canal en el mosaico de canales y solo tenía 6 canales. La puerta corrediza de la regadera no cerraba toda, el agua llegaba hasta la habitación. El ventilador de techo, estaba sucio.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Desde el inicio, noté varios problemas que afectaron mi estancia. Para empezar, la ventana del cuarto no tenía una cortina adecuada, solo una sábana colgada, lo que daba una sensación de descuido y falta de privacidad. Además, la puerta de cristal de la regadera estaba incompleta, lo que provocaba que el agua se filtrara al exterior, dejando el baño constantemente mojado y resbaloso. Otro gran inconveniente fue que no realizaron la limpieza del cuarto durante mi estancia; al preguntar al recepcionista, me dijo que no tenían llave del cuarto, lo cual me pareció inaceptable. La cama también fue un problema, ya que rechinaba con cualquier movimiento, dificultando mucho el descanso. Por otro lado, el área donde estaban el refrigerador y el microondas estaba en pésimas condiciones: el refrigerador contenía alimentos viejos y desordenados, necesitaba una limpieza profunda, y el microondas estaba viejo y oxidado, lo que no inspiraba confianza para su uso. Además, la mesita donde había café estaba sucia, no había agua caliente disponible, y todo en ese espacio reflejaba falta de mantenimiento. Sin embargo, debo reconocer dos aspectos positivos: la ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica, lo que facilita el acceso a lugares importantes, y aunque el estacionamiento es pequeño, siempre encontramos un cajón disponible. A pesar de esto, los problemas de limpieza, mantenimiento y comodidad opacaron mi experiencia.

Me dijeron que la reserva de Hoteles.com no era válida porque ya no tenian disponibilidad, me dieron un cuarto que tenian "no disponible" porque no sirve el aire acondicionado y no lo estaban ofreciendo
