A place to rest, but nothing else. Pretty sure many of their guests live in the hotel. Find something else if you can.

10/10 Exceptional

We were greeted by Seema and Ranjit with big smiles and great attitudes! The room was very large and clean. The mini refrigerator/freezer was a great size for what we needed to keep in it. The TV did exactly what it was supposed to do. We spent two nights here and would do it again. It was very quiet, the staff is excellent and we spent lots of time relaxing outside in the most comfortable Muskoka chairs I've ever been able to sit in. We were able to share a bit of feedback with Seema the night before we left, which was very nice. We would urge the owner to add thermal curtains behind the curtains for better privacy, especially at night. Not to mention that they would help retain the cool of the air conditioning during the day. Thank you for a lovely stay and great service!

The floors were too sticky, dusty and dirty from the bedroom to the bathroom. And smelly too. There were insects and bugs on the floors and ceiling. My neighbors kept talking loudly until early in the morning. They kept me awake. And no a/c! I thought when we book the room, it would come with it. Perhaps quality of the amenities comes with the price. The price is click bait. Its cheap for a reason.

A pleasant surprise

I was expecting a cheap crappy motel but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clea and we were impressed withthe customer service. When we got to our room we realized I didn't recieve the wifi password. I called the office and was given the password. Later on we realized the password was listed on the back of the door. I was most impressed when I received a phone call from the motel while we were on our way to our son's baseball game. They realized there were 4 people staying in the room and only left us 2 towels and were offering to bring us more. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, don't book here. If you are looking for a cost effective and decent stay, I would recommend Muskoka Nights Motel

2/10 Poor

To say my room was dirty is a drastic understatement. This room was so filthy and full of stains and cobwebs, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The stains on the carpet, walls, and bathroom are enough to make you sick. Some spots look like stains until you stroke them with you foot and realize they are dirt. Despite all of this, that's not even the worst part. I stayed for 2 nights, and left with bug bites all over my body. Thought I would let the front desk know before checking out but no one was there at 11:00 am. Honestly, pay the extra few dollars and stay somewhere else, this place is disgusting.
ALI, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

We did not stay. There was no office or person to receive us. There was a series of lock boxes with instructions to call a number. When we called the number we were told we were too early. When we explained we had to go the the hospital to visit a family member she decided we could see the room. The room was in the back of the motel down a rain washed driveway to a back yard that was not mowed. A young male came out of a room next to the one we were assigned he was walking toward another door in bare feet with very worn clothes, who looked like he “lived” there..there were no other vehicles or people around. It was a terrifying experience. We called and asked for our money back as we decided NOT TO STAY were told NO!!! We have pictures. This has not only rocked our security and positive belief in others it has tarnished our trust in EXPEDIA. The Turners, St.Catharines ON
