Perfect hotel for families going to Disneyland

The hotel was perfect for our family including 2 babies. The room has a kitchenette which was ideal. They were able to accomodate 2 cots and the room was very spacious. The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop for disney and a bakery outside the door. We will definitely stay here again of returning to disneyland

Really impressed

We stayed here a week ago (end of March 2025) and I would definitely stay again. It was very clean and modern, lovely big bath and a good distance from Disney. Staff were very helpful and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing to note is they said they don’t have luggage storage and check in isn’t until the afternoon, but the lady on the front desk was great and actually said we could have our room early

We changed hotels to this hotel to save a bit of money and what a suprise it was! Beautiful clean spacious room with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the drive to disney was quick and simple. We will definitely stay here again.

Bad customer service

This is our 2nd time staying here. It was good the first time, but terrible on our second stay. The WiFi wasn’t working in our room, so we had to use mobile data for the whole night. Talked to Mohamed at the front desk, he was very rude and said there was nothing he could do and to use WiFi in the lobby instead. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They were so rude. We won’t be staying here again.

Stay after disney

We stayed here after Disney. It was basic but perfect. We opted to pay for breakfast which was good the breakfast room does get cramped quickly. The lady in charge of breakfast was wonderful always ensuring there was top up of everything. The only downside was the lift on A block side so if you looking at the lifts it’s the one on right side has a quick closing door and doesn’t recognise that there is a person trying to get in so door hit me quite hard the first time but wasn’t a big deal.

We used this accomidation to visit disneyland and found it easy enough. Plenty of space and one of the cheapest i could find. The only thing is I wish that the deposit required was explained. An extra 150 euros was needed at check in. Luckily we had it but that wasnt the point.

Good clean rooms. Still had wet paint in toilet. When asked for an iron was told there was a 2 hour wait for one. Hotel apparently can't afford more than one iron. Rude man working the front desk in the morning.

It was newly renovated which you could see, the reception and the rooms looked very nice. Only thing you need to consider that hair dryers were not available in the room - you could ask for one at the reception but the first night all were already given away. Besides that a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again.

Great value & close to Disney!

Great location for disneyland (walkable in about 25 mins, or public bus right outside). Amazing bakery next door as well as pizza takeaway and little convenience shop just round the corner (same block). Free parking, lobely modern entrance l. Clean, welcoming and friendly. We didnt opt for housekeeping (paid extra is only staying a few nights I think), however had no problem getting extra toilet roll when needed, we just asked the housekeeping team when we saw them. Wifi im our rom was basically non-existent (we could only really get small bits, by standing next to the wall or door) - however we were in the last room of the corridor, so I suspected we were too far away from the router maybe? It drove my teenager daughter crazy and made planning the next day a bit tricky, but we didnt raise it as we booked very last minute and were hardly in the room in all honesty. However maybe worth noting if staying towards the end of a corridor (we were room A206) & you required guaranteed WiFi. We would stay again if visiting Disney, as its a great spot, just oitaide of the Disney parks circle and great value. 😁 We did also visit Paris (train from Val D Europe) - again doable, but would probably split stay next time. Thanks for a frwat few days.

Poor Maintenance

Check-in process for all right. But the property- room was not in a great shape. We had a plumbing issue , so a sink was out of order. There was no central heating working on the day of check-in. On asking the concierge to have these issues resolved, we were told nothing can be done now and your only option was to spend your night without a functioning bathroom or heating. The issues were fixed next day only. No alternative or compensation provided for the discomfort faced by the family.
