The property was nice, as was the staff. They only had feather/down pillows though which seemed off and was terribly inconvenient because I am allergic. My husband and I had to use the throw pillows from the small couch as pillows to sleep with.

Good quality hotel value for money. Room was good size, facilities were good. Everything worked, breakfast great and bar quite reasonable price. Only thing missing was maybe a pool, nice views and more dinner options but suppose you can’t have everything. Was there for the Euros and in the bar area the big round lights get in the way of the big TVs - that’s only criticism, move the TVs or change the lights

Love the complimentary breakfast. The reception desk clerk gave us each a cold bottle of soda when we checked in. My wife accidentally left her CPAP machine there and they packed it up and attached the shipping label I emailed to them to get it back to the United States.

This property does not provide daily housekeeping because of their hotel policy. It is not a b&b, right? We have 3 persons in a room but only two sets of towel in our room and the sofa bed was not made until we called them. Also, the shampoo dispenser was empty and I have to called for refill. No small refrigerator in the room.

Als wir ankamen hieß es, es läge keine Reservierung für mich vor. Ich habe zwar die Bestätigung von hotels.com gezeigt, aber das hat an der Rezeption keinen interessiert. Ich solle mich selbst um das Problem kümmern, wurde mir direkt ins Gesicht gesagt. Also haben wir erstmal ein neues Zimmer genommen, da wir zu einem Termin mussten (dank Hotels.com habe ich danach das Geld für das neue Zimmer zurückbekommen). Es gibt eine handvoll freie Parkplätze vor dem Eingang, sind diese aber voll, muss man für 22€ pro Nacht in der Tiefgarage parken. Am Abend wollten wir noch etwas im Hotel essen. Es gibt nur eine kleine Auswahl (vor allem Pizza und Pasta), was ja okay ist. Aber das Essen im Umfang von Kinderportionen wird lediglich aufgewärmt und dafür zahlt man knapp 15€ pro "Gericht". Beim Frühstück waren beide Waffeleisen defekt (welch ein Zufall...), ebenso einer der zwei Getränkespender, was zu schönen Wartezeiten geführt hat. Zudem waren die warmen Sachen (Rührei, Würstchen und Gyros) absolut ungenießbar - das konnte selbst ich nicht essen, und das will schon was heißen. Beim Checkout habe ich die Sachen noch einmal angesprochen, da uns dieses Hotel ehrlich gesagt das Wochenende versaut hat. Die Reaktion: Man könne da nichts machen, auf Wiedersehen. Gesamturteil: Dieses Haus ist eine auf Abzocke ausgerichtete Frechheit!
