The room looked as if it had been robbed. No artwork on the walls just nails in the walls. The mattress needed to be replaced as there was a deep curve in it which we kept rolling into. Maybe the rooms on the 4th floor haven't been updated. We have stayed there many times and were pleased.

Made reservation and asked for ground floor room as we were leaving at 4 AM and did not want to deal with an elevator problem. We were on 2nd floor. Linens and bed were fine. BUT the carpeting was frayed, dirty appearing etc. Bathroom shower did not work well and finally just Towel cleaned. Staff was really very nice and room "maid" service was good but the room needs upgrading. Ranking said 3 star. I felt 2 star maximum. My wife felt 1 star. Location from airport was excellent. But next time I may think about it.

The carpet in our room was ripped. The curtains were hanging down, but the man in maintenance explained that they hadn’t done any maintenance in years. Our key card would not work by the dining area and it didn’t get fixed for two days.

Tired Hotel

The hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was minimal. While the hotel was clean, it's in desperate need of an upgrade. The rugs need replacing, the wallpaper was curling off the walls, the bathtoom fixtures were missing key functional items and overall the hotel is tired. I'm surprised because they are part of the Hilton chain and they resemble excellence.

Gave this place another try after a poor experience once before. I am disabled so requested a handicapped rich I was accommodated. Was not aware handicapped rooms are with the dog rooms. Felt like I was sleeping in a kennel! Appears hallway/my room flooded. Has fans drying the carpet. Observed mold and sofa missing. Think this stay will the the last! What a shame!
