The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for my workouts. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning staff did not clean room every day. Had to ask for toilet paper as they did not give any even though there wasn’t any in the bathroom. Also left room door open on one occasion after they did “clean” Previously stayed at Crowne Plaza in Padova but was full so booked this hotel. Now we understand why that was full as a much better staff over there.

Bad overall experience

The hotel needs renovation and serious work on climatisation. The temperature in the rooms was closer to a sauna than hotel rooms... The breakfast variety is poor and of bad quality. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were cold and smelling bad.... It is really overrated and overpriced and doesn't reflect 4 star chain hotel standards at all. The staff is helpful but couldn't solve the problems...
