I liked the landscaping and some of the desk clerks.
I really liked the shower and how the amenities were offered. Room 312
What I didn’t care for was:
1. The double bed, closest to the AC, had a hump/ridge in the middle of the bed.
2. The ironing board was in pieces when I removed it to use. The steam iron had old water in the reservoir. I dumped it and “rinsed” it the best I could. Water filling it with bottled water, it had a strong pungent smell and by the time I was done “steaming” my dress for a funeral, I had to wear it with wet spots.
3. Breakfast on Friday morning. (8:30) The scrambled eggs were burnt, but still served.
4. There was no gravy out, just an empty chafing dish. NO bananas.
5. Friday night there was 2 Harley’s setting in front, very close to the entry doors. I was on the 3rd floor while the rest of our group was on the second floor, one room was right above the entrance. Approximately, around 10:45-11:00pm, at least one of the Harleys ran for about 5 minutes, never moved out of parking lot. The bike was LOUD. A young girl driving a bright orange jeep, pulled in and ran to the Harley’s. They talk loudly to be heard over the bike’s engine. All this I could hear on the third floor. Even over room 311 screaming fight.
Everyone in our group was there to attend a funeral, and wanted an early start on Saturday morning. One guest, back to Florida and myself over a 7 hour drive home.
