The hotel overall was lovely and the room was really spacious. The only down point was the noise from the bar below and the crashing of bottles being emptied in the alley behind. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was in walking distance to the shopping area and Royal Albert Docks.

Lovely hotel. Arrived before check in was open and was able to leave luggage securely. Check in was efficiant. Room was amazing. Lovely and big, clean and modern. We had a fantastic two night stay here, for the second time. The location is unbelievable. Minutes rom Liverpool One, Cavern Quarter and anything else you can think of. Despite this, it felt quiet around the hotel and no noise in the evenings. The staff were friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and warm! Think this will be our go to whenever we're in Liverpool.
