Out stay was impacted by several issues. The AC was not working properly, and the unit remained between 75-79 degrees, which was uncomfortable for us. When we contacted the front desk, we were told that the unit “felt comfortable” to them, rather than having the issue addressed. We were also instructed on how to use the thermostat, which we already understood, and the only solution offered was a $10 fan from Walmart—an inadequate replacement for functioning air conditioning given the price of the stay.
In addition, parking was inconvenient. We were offered to park in a gravel lot and walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the unit, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time and added unnecessary difficulty. Overall, the lack of effective customer service, dismissive responses, and unresolved comfort issues significantly affected our experience.
