Our stay in Casa Loreta was fine. It is well situated in the historic center, yet on a quiet street. The staff was not trained well to inform visitors where to eat breakfast in front of the hotel. There was no communication between staff which made our super early in the morning arrival a bit surprising for the staff member. All in all it was fine.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you all! Special thanks to Carlos for always helping with questions about city and always being available. We enjoyed are stay and if we come back we will definitely stay here again.
