There is same homeless people around the neighborhood, but once you are inside the hotel is totally safe and comfortable, plus your can order dinner online

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was not as advertised but I guess we just got one of the smaller rooms in a weird corner. Bathroom can use an update. Downtown has many homeless people and feels a bit sketchy after dark.

There is a very high homeless population, near and around the hotel. I was also told on several occasions not to have my phone in my hand outside. Apparently people are snatching cell phones.

O hotel é uma marco na cidade de SP, muito bem localizado, próximo a comércios e o famoso Bar Brahma. Fiquei em um quarto bem confortável, não tive grandes problemas e o café da manhã é sensacional. O atendimento da recepção, camareiras e seguranças, também são excelentes.

Equipe de recepção muito atenciosa e atenciosa e educada, o quarto achei muito pequeno pelo valor cobrado das diárias. O Ar condicionado muito velho não resfriava o quarto, precisei dormir com a porta da varanda aberta. Tv antiga, poucos canais locais … mas no geral foi boa a estadia.
