Friendly staff but not enough disabled parking and there was a car in the disabled bay with no blue badge which I did inform reception when I checked in and they said they would check it out and they apologised There must have been a function on as the car park was packed full

I've stayed here a few times now. Always friendly service at reception. Car parking available. Clean room with nice towels and good toiletries provided. 12pm check out time means you can sleep in too!

Conveniently situated hotel near M11. Friendly reception staff and had a nice quiet room overlooking courtyard. Good choice of food at breakfast, room fairly basic but clean. Enjoyed my 1 night stay and would book again.

The property was decent, and the staff were accommodating. I wish they had an elevator or another entrance to the far end of the hotel. Walking back and forth to my room was kind of a trek. Nice place to stay though.
