Everything was perfect. The location can’t be beat! The staff is friendly and helpful. I only have one recommendation. The breakfast should start earlier. 8:30 am is too late if you have plans and need to leave early.

The location to Duval street and the harbor is good. The place has a great breakfast. Our bed seemed small for a queen and wasn’t that comfortable. The gate to get in after hours was tricky and frustrating. The parking is horrible around the area if you can’t get one of the three spots they have.

This property is nice because it’s so close to Duval and all the other key west attractions, but tucked away in a cute little area of town. I’ve stayed here twice now and will continue to when I come back. Great for groups of friends, couples, singles, and people of all ages.

This is a great location. We walked all around to the marina and all over Duvall street. Key West is only 2 miles by 4 miles. There are great restaurants all around. One day we rented a golf cart to see more!
