The property was in a very good location to visit downtown Montreal and very quiet. Unfortunately it needs some work and could be cleaner. The floorboards are loose in many places, the whole place needs painting, bathroom sink needs caulking and walls, light switches are not clean.

Property was great! Amazing location right in the heart of downtown Montreal and near everything. We went to Montreal to take our daughter for a tour of McGill and Concordia. Both were 5-10 min walking distance. We drove and there are several overnight parking lots around the corner for about $25/night. The apartment was clean, modern and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay there again. Great value!

Large centrally located apartment

The accommodation was a large comfortable apartment, 1.5 blocks from the subway, in the middle of a shopping and restaurant district. Montreal has a world class subway system that can get you around the city in minutes. I am likely to stay here again. There is a mandatory email check in form that I nearly missed.

It wasn’t bad. Check in was very confusing, however once I tried to reach out everything was figured out perfectly fine. The biggest downfall was the state of the apartment, which was clean however many things were broken. The kitchen sink was hardly usable and the closet was broken. Otherwise, pleasant stay in a gorgeous area. Spacious and clean. I would stay here again!
