This room was filthy and I want a refund. I was not even able to stay in it. I cannot hotel.com and they’re not responding to me. I personally would not use hotel.com again or stay at this hotel the room was filthy and had urine and dirty towels in the bathroom.

My room was okay which is expected from a cheaper hotel, but it also had roaches & whenever I tried to get a new room, it couldn’t happen. So fellas if you wanna save yourself a weekend of complaining from the ladies, pick a bug free establishment 😊

Desperately needs updates. Room had coffee but no coffee maker. The clock didn't work. Couldn't use the drawers because the pulls were missing. The shower light was out. Reserved a wheelchair accessible handicapped room, the room was, the shower was not. The tub/shower had handrails but no shower chair which made it unusable.

Reserved 2 rooms upon arrival homeless people in the lobby, checked rooms room 1 was ok and room 2 smelled bad of mold . They did change our room out to a better room (no mold) . Thru out the stay drug deals and random people all over. 2nd night of stay the toilet which was moving slow since we arrived over flowed at 1030pm at night. The front desk literally told us to come get the plunger and towels to clean it ourselves . I couldn’t believe it so I called myself and they stated there was no one to come because it’s late . I then asked for a different room as the water was all over the bathroom and within 5 minutes someone was there to clear it. Overall it’s should be listed that people live in this hotel and there is a lot of riff raff in the area

The facility was enough to lay your head and go to sleep. There was a lot of yelling outside, and people right outside the room door that I wasn’t comfortable with. It’s located on market Street, so not too far from anything, just not my first choice.

This is not the kind of hotel that refreshes your room each day. This is the kind of place where drug addicts live. On our second day, we were told there wouldn’t be clean towels until the following day. We were approached by residents and asked for money for food. This is not a good place but I guess you get what you pay for.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but after working for 16 hours I just wanted to have a clean bed to sleep in , but I found the opposite ,extremely dirty room, smell of smoke, trash on the floor, dirty bathroom. I just wanted to sleep in a pleasant environment. Baymont in Wilmington never again. Pure nightmare !!!!

Room was clean. The hot water on tub faucet continuously ran. Had to shut the bathroom door to shut out the noise. This caused the bathroom to become a sauna. The toilet had condensation on the tank which leaked on the floor creating a puddle. The fridge fan was loud when running. At 4:30am someone came by knocking on all the doors. Apparently he was drunk/stoned. He proceeded to do this twice.

This place was horrible. The room we stayed in was unclean. there were blood stains on the walls, toilet, counter space, and the floors. The room smeeled like stale bleach and the floors were sticky. We heard banging on our door at 4am scaring all three of us and we noticed that a few hours before that our Do Not Disturb sign was missing. When our concerns were brought up to the staff they brushed it off and said the blood was just regular stains and the banging on our door didn't happen. If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Don't stay at this hotel.
