Good stay

We had a good stay. Good hotel for exploring Yellowstone and convenient with parking right outside the rooms. Would stay again.
Caroline, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good stay at west Yellowstone, comfortable with basic amenities. Close to shops and restaurants.

Decent stay

The hotel was nice for what we needed. Nothing special but overall, we were pleased. Waited around in the morning for 15 minutes past the time we were told they would open and no one showed up. Kind of bummed we had to go somewhere else for our morning cup of coffee.

Beds are paper thin and rock hard. Doors don’t fit closed so bugs can crawl in under them. Staff was nice and it was the cheapest stay in town, but you get what you pay for.
Jessica, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good location. Within walking distance to many Amenities and close to the entry of the park.

Budget family travel for Yellowstone.

Family room with three beds. Room was fine for our needs but outdated and not super clean. Great location. Close to the park and shops and restaurants friendly staff. Budget family travel for a family of six.
Sarah, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

proximity to park entrance is what I was looking for but just about anything in West Yellowstone is just outside the gate.
Joseph, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Walkable touristy area only justification for staying here. Overpriced and rundown, totally unacceptable but for the small town and proximity to Yellowstone National Park. The motel wouldn’t survive anywhere else.
James, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It's okay. Convenient to Yellowstone.
William, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It is an older motel in Yellowstone but very clean with comfy beds. Walking distance to everything. Reasonable rates and friendly service.

Fine not fancy

Everything was good . Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was strong. The only surprise was that for $200, there wasn’t a mini refrigerator. I thought that was standard, even in cheap motels. It was fine, not fancy.
Christine, 2-night trip

Stairs to get to second level are incredibly dangerous.Comforters seemed very old, same with carpet. Exhaust fan very dirty. Old receipts found next to end table so clearly not cleaned.

Poor rooms for the night

I looked online for an affordable place with a pool to stay. After I booked it and we were settled in I asked where the pool is? They said what pool? I said online it shows you have a pool. The beds are not comfortable and the shower head gets more water on the ceiling and floor than the person showering. It was better than sleeping in a car but not much.

Nice hotel.
Wendy K., 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was really big and comfortable. My kids loved the log swing in front. Its in an absolutely awesome location. The property is a little older and honestly I dug that more than hated that, ie real keys instead of room key cards with annoying ads on them. ... Old school ... easy. I dug it.
William, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The property is older but it's clear they are updating somewhat, older tv with 3 channels, beds were alright, clean. Our room did seem clean overall.

Everything we needed

The room was basic room with fridge and micro. Beds were okay, linens were very warm - like some plastic? Our toilet went broken, but staff fixed it. Very nice basic room, near access to Yellowstone, everything was just walk away. We didn’t excpect hotel, we didn’t want that and this has everything we needed.
