The hotel is in Amman downtown and the location is good. Walking distance to shopping and attractions. Hotel staff are super kind and responsive. The hotel facility is a bit old and thin walls. Breakfast seems complimentary butno sure why Ii had to pay extra for the breakfast when making the reservation expedia.

A great value hotel. I do about 150 hotel nights a year and this service was up near the top. Always friendly and available. Location was good for the markets and transit. Clean and functional rooms. Airport driver offered. The only critisizm of this and any low budget hotel is that the other guests do not always follow socially acceptable rules (ie quietness in common areas). The hotel cannot always control this. Take home is that I would here again if I was looking for an inexpensive hotel option in Aman.

Very cute hotel! I loved my room, super spacious and well-decorated. Felt very unique compared to the big-name/chain hotels! The breakfast buffet was also a bonus, and had everything you could want. The staff was also really sweet and helpful! This was my first time traveling to Jordan and traveling on my own which can be stressful (especially as a female traveler), but Jordan was very safe, and everyone spoke some level of English (many fluent, others enough to get by) which made my experience a lot easier. This hotel is also located in a very central, and busy area. This is great if you intend to walk around downtown Amman rather than drive, or if you're solo-traveling and don't want to be stuck off some sketchy, quiet, and dark street.

Great location in downtown Amman

Great location in down town close to the main attractions - only a 5 minute walk to the Roman theatre and a 20 minute walk to the Citadel. Room was very spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and working amenities. Only downside is that it’s next to a main road so ear plugs are needed to reduce the noise of the traffic. Other than that a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Amman!

Dont stay here if you want a modern upmarket area but for us it was a great location. It backs onto a big local market that locals frequent.Streets around are a hive of activity yet quiet in room.300m to Roman Theater and 30 uphill mins walk to Amman Citadel Room is large and clean. Nader at front desk was exceptional. Stay here again? Definitely!!

My two friends and I decided to stay here to be near downtown and the Citadel. The area around the hotel is lively, crowded, and local, which is great it you want a taste of the real Amman. The hotel is an oasis in the middle of all that - clean, quiet, with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room (a triple) was clean, the beds comfortable, nice sheets, reasonable batthroom facilities, and the airconditioning excellent. We only stayed for one night as we came came from Wadi Rum and were flying out the next day, and it suited us just fine. We chose to stay here on the basis of the online comments we read and we weren't disappointed.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The room for 3 was quite spacious and clean. The hotel accepted credit-card, without additional charges, that we found to be quite uncommon in Amman. However, we were a quite disappointed for dinner after a long day journey and explorations. The menu was limited and the main course was restricted to a couple of pastas and a single chicken dishes only.
