6/10 Good

Nice budget hotel. Great location. Coffee and breakfast could be a lot better.
Lou, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Ideal overnight close to the Euro Tunnel

For the price it’s hard to be too critical but the decor and building were tired, there was a stale smell of green and our mattress was past its best, if you need an overnight that’s affordable with a bar and pool table and parking then it’s hard to beat

Ok for a night

Tired hotel. Was ok for a night. Was happy to leave! Not a very nice area to park

Folkestone

A nice place for a stop off for the eurotunnel, about 10 to 15 mins away.

8/10 Very good

Staff were excellent and friendly
Sandra, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Tired but worth the money paid.

Used for placing an employee for the week. Asked them their honest opinion and they were quite impressed for the loney. Yes its a bit tired, a bit worn but for £30 a night it was very acceprable and we will be returning to using the hotel for the member of staff based upon their own request.
Matthew, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Just needed for the tunnel early the next morning with parking. Ticked the box.

Get what you pay for.

The staff was very helpful, but the rooms are very outdated and not very clean, but you can't complain about the price.
Carlos, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

My stay

The view was great, the staff were all very friendly, however, the shower was broken and there was mould in the bathroom because there was little ventilation. There was damp in the corner of the room and the bed was on a slant on one side. The car park was gravel, extremely bumpy and needs to be repaved. Also there was no lift, and I didn't book an accessable room so I had to climb 2 sets of steep stairs
Megan, 14-night trip

Very conveniently located but very budget type accomodation. Greeted on arrival with the strong smell of weed as smokers directly outside front door. Room was extremely basic and curtains, carpets and furnishings all very worn/ tired

Very nice and quiet place for holidays with stunning view so the plus point for this place everything’s on walking distance and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

Parking is in a very muddy area, carpets were covered in dust and walls were oaper thin!

2/10 Poor

Awful dirty place that let under 18s in to play the fruut machines, dirty bath with bugs on the floor, looks grand on outside but inside the rooms not so

Great.people

You couldnt get more friendly people and so very nice . . The hotel is a bit dated but very clean . However the beds are way to thin so the sleep was a bit uncomfortable and walls are very thin so was awake at 6am listening to the neighbours radio. Perfect location for our trip.may stay there again
R, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

I booked this property based on price and parking included. We stayed 3 days. Staff did not clean the room or empty litter bins during that time.
Bill, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Advertised on the website was : Full breakfast, but being english that meant to us bacon, eggs etc but it was full continental. The room was fine, clean etc, but a bedside light would have been an asset. Other that that ,staff very friendly & helpful.
Marlene, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Basic, room stunk of cigerattes.
Rachel, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Cheap and cheerful, nice and friendly staff. Paper thin walls and every time I've stayed the TV control has never worked other than that it's a good hotel.
James, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Wonderful staff. No hassle, checked straight in.
Sean, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do not stay here, dirty smelly bathroom, chipped furniture- old wooden dark, nothing like the pictures on website, tatty, awful. Felt unsafe & dark / dingy. My 15 year old was literally in tears with how awful it is. Thankfully only a stop off from ferry trip but not a place I would ever set foot in again
Alecia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Bedroom very small. Beautiful area .
Sheila, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Tired but bed was clean and comfortable

Its okay, bed comfy enough and clean, room just looked a bit tired, but for the price its okay, tv reception is diabolical, could not watch at all. Curtains need rehanging (not my doing). If u wanna be close to town and facilities and not fussy its great
