We only stayed for one night and were just looking for an inexpensive night which it was! This hotel has good bones, but it is old and run down. It is better condition that the last time we stayed, but it needs some updating and some TLC. The location is great!! We came off season, so it would be nice to be here when the pools are open!

The pool and any water amenities were not open and was not advertised at all about how it was not open. Super dissatisfied as this is the main point of going to the "Waterpark Capital of the World". We were given vouchers to swim at a different hotel (Atlantis) but that's a 10min drive with toddler kids in tow. We went, but still. The room floor was entirely faux wood and super uncomfortable to walk on. It was also super dirty! We will not be coming back to The Polynesian.

It was a good stay although I didn't stay at Polynesian I stayed at Atlantis water park because Polynesian was closed. Atlantic was nice many floors and two pools no complaints other than the wifi, it's not consistent makes it hard to get work done
