The staff and accommodations were great, indoor pools were shut down part of the time and if you need cookware or towels you have to ask for those at the front desk, no big deal. The keycards were having issues but the staff helped each time. The pool had some debris from a windstorm but it was cleaned up quickly. I enjoyed the stay and my kids loved it.

This property looks horrible. My mom paid less to stay at one that was way better than this hotel. The stove was rusted. The chairs were ripped and dirty. And I had small children. Its on the ocean front so it would be more presentable.Then serve breakfast. I should have taken pictures but I guess I made myself distracted.

Pools weren't working half the time. Appliances in the kitchen didn't work. I paid for a lazy river because I had my grandson, but that wasn't working either. I feel as though I should get a free trip when everything is working. This was the worst.
