I recently stayed at this hotel for my vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and helpful, though the service felt fairly standard without any personalized touch.
I had the chance to stay in two different rooms during my stay, and there was a noticeable difference in quality. The first room, while clean, felt quite worn and lacked proper maintenance — the air conditioning didn’t work, which made things uncomfortable. Thankfully, the second room was much better: fresh, well-maintained, and with perfectly functioning A/C.
The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around on foot. But without a doubt, the highlight of this hotel is the beautiful inner garden with the pool — a peaceful oasis that’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
All in all, a good stay, though the experience can vary depending on the room you’re given.
