Great service at the front desk. Small but nice hotel. We wish the air conditioning was stronger but we managed by leaving the window open at night. Also, we would have liked better water pressure in the shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

I intended to book a hotel in Como, but upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation was actually made for a hotel in Florence—possibly due to the fact that the same hotel chain operates in both cities. Unfortunately, this mistake only became apparent when I arrived late at night, and the hotel in Como had no record of my reservation. As a result, I was left without accommodation after midnight and had to urgently find another hotel at a much higher cost. I also lost the full amount paid for the original booking in Florence, which I could not use. This experience was extremely distressing, especially after a long day of travel. I kindly request that you review this situation and consider offering a refund or at least partial compensation for the unused booking and the additional costs I incurred due to the confusion.
