It was the greatest experience that we've had in eureka springs so far! We stay there a few times a year ! Best hotel so far ,! The owner Lou and her husband are the nicest people you'll ever meet they made us feel like family! It was very clean and the pool was great! They are coming to AZ to see us at Christmas! Not only did we have a great stay we made some new friends ! Highly recommend staying there !

Our stay here was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was very comfortable and we can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in the area, mostly because this motel has a shuttle service right outside that takes you into town, this was very convenient. We will stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Pro’s = front desk clerk nice and helpful, room was clean, some updates, shower okay. AC worked great. Towels were nice. Con’s= bed pretty hard, sheets not great. Neighbor thought our patio area was his, smoked there all the time, left his can of cigarette butts. Pool area looked nice. They had breakfast but we did not go have anything. Back of building could use some work. Careful pulling out onto road, on a corner and hill, hard to see cars coming.
