The Staff was VERY friendly and helpful for our non-Japanese speaking family. The complimentary shuttle service from Haneda was a bonus, tough a bit tricky to find the pick up spot. Just a few minutes from Haneda after a long flight. The buffet breakfast was excellent, worth the price, and the Staff was top notch! Stayed one night before moving closer to central Tokyo.

Always stays in this hotel when I fly out of Haneda airport. Location is perfect as less than 10 minutes shuttle bus ride to the airport (you can see the runways from some rooms) and the convenience store&sukiya are just across the road. Room is spotlessly clean always and all the amenities are available for guests to pick up. A ** hotel highly recommended.

Clean rooms and very clear instructions for the shuttle bus to the airport. We also used Yamato Transport to ship our luggage from Osaka to the hotel and they arrived next day! I recommend getting in line early for the shuttle bus to the airport as it gets packed pretty quickly.
