I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was so low cost. I was so wrong. Lovely hotel, reception staff really nice and very thorough on arrival. The rooms are compact but they were clean and had everything that we needed for a base. Breakfast was fine, some fruit would have been lovely but other than that it was grand.

During our stay, we noticed that the hotel primarily hosts international students, and at night, there was a lot of noise and shouting, which made it difficult for us to sleep. Unfortunately, no effort was made by the hotel staff to address this. However, considering the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and its value for money, it could still be a viable option.

Friendly staff.15 mins drive for Disneyland Paris. No wardrobe or any other cabinet.No fridge. For a family they should provide from the check in 2 access cards. Both lifts are requiring some maintenance.

I like the the location it was easy to commute to the city centre, the shops. The bed was too small and the soft mattress was a no no for a plus side. I developed body aches and pain. The staff were friendly but did not properly explained some information regarding the house keeping. Overall I will make recommendations to my friends.

Did not enjoy our stay in Marne La Valle branch in Bussy St Georges. The hotel is really old and needs renovation, the room is too small and smells weird. Disappointing breakfast. The train station near this hotel is also unsafe, there were teenagers beating each other and throwing gas bomb when we stopped one time to go to this hotel. We got so scared as those people were all over the place and felt as if they will follow us until the hotel. Totally unsafe place to stay. Avoid this area and book in a different branch if you want to stay in a budget hotel such as this.

Room without a blanket, not even saboon in the shower, also did not had shampoo and not even a towel in the floor to have where put the foot after shower I had to take shower without saboon, what means just a water in the body and in the final the floor all wet because there was no towel. Plus i had to oay 10€ of parking, when i arrived 00h in the hotel to leave 8h30 am Plus a tax of 6.50€ of each person, tax that i had already paud on the reservation and there was this another one in the moment

Chambre demandee pour 2 adutes et 2 enfants : chambre minuscule où il est difficile de circuler! Lits supperposés pour les enfants: le lit du dessus n'a pas ete fait. Il a fallu faire le lit difficile d'acces en hauteur à plus de minuit avec un enfant de 5 ans mort de fatigue après une longue journee à disneyland ! Un des deux lits simple bouge on se demande s'il ne va pas s'effondrer! Quand ce matin j'ai fait part de mon mecontentement pour le lit non fait a la reception on m'a repondu que c'etait pour la penibillité du persinnel! Et le client alors? Bref je ne reviendrai plus!

Nous avons passé une tres mauvaise nuit, la chambre était propre et le personnel gentil mais le lit dur comme de la pierre, et les coussins sont a changer du coup impossible de dormir convenablement et reveil tres douloureux malgré la grosse fatigue de la veille nous n'avons pas récupéré
