Honestly decent hotel for the price.

Nice and Quiet

We stayed here while attending a reunion. It was quiet and clean. The staff is really helpful
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

We got our airbnb reservation cancelled and this was a strong option considering NYC prices. We liked that the hotel was very close to the subway but the two blocks that you have to walk can feel a little unsafe at first (it wasn't tho, never did we face anything even close to feeling in danger), there are a couple of grocery stores and

Adequate and affordable

Affordable no frills hotel close to public transportation. Good for a quick stay. I would stay here again if in the area.

When you’re in desperate need of a room

Good if you’re desperate for a place to sleep. Really rough area of Queens. The bedding is decent but the floor could use a good mopping. The cleaning ladies are banging and clanging at 7am making it hard to sleep in. The area around the property isn’t good, it’s run down and it’s a far walk to the metro station. Stayed for one night and got an air bnb instead of extending my stay.

Good if you’re traveling on a budget

An OK place at an affordable price. I took my family to see the Macy’s fireworks on 4th of July. We only spent nights at the hotel, it’s a basic hotel and has all you need, you get what you pay for. The neighborhood Queens is not my favorite, and the zone looks sketchy but we never felt unsafe. It’s location is really close to a train station

8/10 Very good

The decor is simple, modern, and very clean. I've walked into hotel rooms that were absolutely skeevy and made my skin crawl just to look at it. This room was very welcoming, and I slept very well.

4/10 Fair

I asked for an iron board and iron they gave me an ironing board with no iron what good is that? I asked for a late checkout (1 hour) mm was me

Walked in the lobby and up to the “ reception” area to a young woman blankly starring out from behind a small opening in the plastic guard. She asked for $20 (cash only) for an early check in. The room was clean & basic. The elevator was pretty filthy. Towels were thin & small, as were the pillows. The neighborhood is a complete fright. Garbage everywhere. People laying on the pavement. Large groups hanging in front of businesses smoking whatever. The place was cheap enough. Otherwise it’s a below basic spot with no hospitality that seems to be on the outskirts of a third world war zone. Do yourself a favor. Take a pass !

2/10 Poor

Yikes!

Signs informing guests of personal & valuables safety practices needed while on premises; the hotel itself smelled very off putting; the poor front desk person is locked in a plexi glass room at the entrance; the room looked ok but the bed was covered in plastic - we left immediately. Still waiting on a refund, we will see if that’ll happen. Would not recommend trying this place!

2/10 Poor

Bad.

Got locked out and had to be put in a new room with none of our things.
Andrea, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Room & bath very clean & decor has been refreshed. There was no option for coffee or bottled water either in the room or lobby.
Mary, 1-night trip

Bad Wifi

no good wifi doesnt work
Natanael, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do not recommend. All of our towels were dirty and stained. The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable so we asked for extra and were denied very rudely. The staff said “you have two pillows don’t you? Its two per room, you don’t get more.” No amenities in the bathroom like shampoo/body wash/soap and we had to basically beg for an extra roll of toilet paper when we ran out.

Good service, the room is very nice and clean. Every day we have clean towels in the barhroom.

8/10 Very good

Only here for a night but the staff was great! If they can do something about better lighting in the area at night, it would definitely boost their profile.

Nice rooms, great price, easy and quick access to downtown. The neighborhood may feel a bit sketchy at first but was overall safe. The hotel is located on the same street with several other hotels.
