Upon arriving at our room, we immediately noticed that the lamps were not functioning. We promptly contacted reception, and they relocated us to another room on the same floor.
Later that evening, around 11:00 PM, we discovered that the window could not be closed, resulting in excessive noise from the street. Once again, we had to contact reception. However, instead of providing proper assistance, the staff repeatedly lied to us.
One particular receptionist, a lady, displayed a complete lack of professionalism, lying without hesitation. Additionally, the room was only stocked with towels and toilet paper for two guests, despite our reservation being for four. When we requested the necessary supplies, the same receptionist responded with yet another blatant lie, showing no regard for honesty or guest satisfaction.
This level of service is entirely unacceptable. We expect a hotel to provide basic functionality, honesty, and proper accommodations. I urge management to address these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same unacceptable treatment.
