Family and pet friendly! Very helpful staff. We had an emergency need due to our home having storm damage and could not stay at our home. The rooms are in need of refurbishing. One of the two elevators was not working. When using the stairs, they were definitely in need of cleaning. When checking in, there was no one at the front desk...had to wait for someine to come from the back. Their breakfast buffet is great. They need more handicap parking. I have been visiting family for the last 4 years, usually 2x/year, and the rooms need major uodating. I would give them a 3 out of 5.
