The hotel was 5 minutes walk from JR train station, the breakfast was very good, a lof of food and yammy. But, the beds, chair and the room was old. The price of this hotel was reasonable.

とても綺麗なホテルでした。駅が近いですし、朝食は最高でした。ゆっくり食べれました。 隣の方の出入りは気になりました。 それと今時、シャワーのお湯の調整をしないといけないのがビックリ‼️ でも金額も安いですし、寝るだけならすごくいい。もう少しゆっくり近辺の探索する時間があればもっと良かったです。 また宿泊したいと思います。

地域的に駐車場があまり取れないのか、料金が別途かかったのはちょっと痛手でしたが、管理の方がとても親切でしたし、フロントやレストランのスタッフの方々もとても親切でした。事前のメール問い合わせにも何度も対応頂き、また朝食代は少し高いかなと思いましたがそれ以上に堪能できとても良かったです。施設の設備的にはそれなりの年数を感じ、隣の部屋のトイレの音が聞こえたり、施錠システムやお風呂の蛇口などだいぶ古さは感じはしましたが、それ以上の接客であまり気になりませんでした。大変お世話になりました。

古さゆえの施設コンディション評価です。 JR松山駅から非常に近いのですが、松山駅周辺が閑散としています。 改札向かいのコンビニがとても重宝しました。 フロントスタッフは笑顔で気持ち良く過ごせました！
