It was okay. When we got to our room, the little kitchen area and adjoining rug had a lot of water on it as the regular air conditioner was broken. They had a different kind of air conditioner that basically poured water into the rest of the place. The young man who cleaned it up was very nice and responsive. Also, please note that there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you’re gonna have to climb stairs.

Full of character and charm, in the heart of old Quebec City, associated with a wonderful restaurant. friendly and helpful staff. Definitely not for those with mobility issues due to the steep stairs and no elevator, amenities are a bit tired, can be noisy at night. Overall we loved our stay.

The cafe in front of the hotel, La Buchette, had a wonderful happy hour and breakfast. The room was charming but it needs a refresh. The furniture and bathroom were looking tired and worn.
