I was informed that I would receive an email with the check-in instructions at 1:00 PM on the day of my stay, but no such email arrived. Other guests seemed to be having the same issue. I went to the hotel front desk in front of the building to sort it out, but even though I was staying at an apartment, they gave me a hotel room key card. The male staff member who assisted me was careless and had a terrible attitude. The female staff member at the front desk also acted condescendingly. I hope you properly train your staff.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had a small kitchenette with stove top, oven, microwave and kitchenware. Perfect location to walk and explore Reykjavik. There are 4 free parking spots behind the apartment that is shared with the hotel. It is first come first serve.

Anyone who has visited Iceland will tell you it’s expensive for foreigners but incredibly friendly. These apartments are very very comfortable and offer a great reception area to relax with very good buffet breakfast and friendly staff.
