The property is fine but getting really old and need a refusrbishment. Staff is not professional at all. They charged me the rooms more than twice and after almost two months, I am still waiting for my money. Impossible to solve my problem. Not enough staff at the check in station. At 4:30pm, staff at front desk says "Let's hope your room is ready" booked for 3 people, room only had been set up for 2 people. After nearly 4hrs and 2 face to face encounters at the front desk to get a rollaway bed in the room, I had to wait at the front desk so this action could take place. Iron that was provided stuck to clothing. Balcony door wouldn't lock or close, so whenever anyone open the room door the balcony door would open by itself. The technician did say he would bring a key and it didn't happen. No hand towels provided in bathroom. Tv reception quite poor quality. Room door was very loud to close and lock. Hotel needs a renovation and the right staff/communication

While the property itself is lovely, with lush gardens and a great restaurant onsite, be forewarned that the top floor of this hotels turns into a club most evenings. I wouldn't have minded if it was properly soundproofed and didn't disturb hotel guests, but that certainly wasn't the case. It's quite loud and even from 5 floors away, the music was very noticeable. Moreover, after 8/9pm, the lobby and surrounding areas are packed with club-goers lining up to get in. Ultimately, not a very relaxing stay at all...
