There was no chair in our room to even seat. The chair was broken. The minute we arrived and sat on it I fell backwards and my husband went to the receptionist on duty to ask for a chair and she told my husband to go and grab one somewhere by himself. Every year the service keeps going down but there is limited choice of hotels around the area so we have no choice

We stayed for two nights. The property was in a good location as we were 8 minutes from family. The front desk gentleman was very nice. When we got into our room it was VERY CLEAN. There was a young lady who came around the next morning to replace our towels. She was very nice as well. When leaving and arriving back to the hotel the desk staff was friendly. There were other amenities like a pool and a weight room. We did not use them, but they were available. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we come back Texas for Thanksgiving.
