Lovely hotel in a great location - very close to excellent restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed both the location and hotel so much. No hesitation in recommending.

Uma ótima opção em Ubatuba.

Hotel muito bom, quartos limpos, banheiro idem. Desfrutamos da piscina climatizada. Garagem de fácil acesso. Café da manhã bom e tudo de boa qualidade. Funcionários excelentes Localização excelente, bem ao lado dos 2 melhores restaurantes da cidade. Praia em frente não era boa para uso, mas fácil acesso ao centrinho. Tivemos que fazer 2 reservas distintas. De sexta para sábado é de domingo para segundo. No sábado não tinha vaga. Saímos, hospedamos em outro local por uma única noite, e voltamos no outro dia para completarmos nosso período. Neste meio tempo ficamos sabendo que havia uma parte “mais nova” no hotel. Se puder fique nas suítes novas com vista. Nós não ficamos, tentei até um “up grade”, mas mesmo com o hotel vazio na nossa segunda hospedagem do mesmo período, nós foi negado. Penso que se pudéssemos ter ficado na parte nova, eu voltaria com certeza de outras vezes reservando a suíte mais cara. Neste ponto achei a “política de relacionamento” Falha.

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos neste final de semana no Ubatuba Praia Hotel e tivemos uma experiência bastante agradável. O hotel é muito limpo, bem localizado no centro da cidade e conta com uma equipe extremamente simpática e cordial, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. O café da manhã também merece destaque: variado e muito saboroso. A única coisa que poderia ter tornado nossa experiência ainda melhor seria a possibilidade de ficar em um quarto de frente para o mar, especialmente na modalidade família. Outra sugestão seria disponibilizar televisores um pouco maiores nos quartos. No mais, ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia e certamente recomendamos o hotel!
