This time I live on the 12th floor, with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The indoor space is large, and the bathroom and toilet are separated, which is very comfortable to use. The counter staff is very kind, and the overall quality of the accommodation is high. Although there is often the sound of ambulances outside, it is ignored at once. It is worth recommending everyone to stay.

Great location, just a short walk to the Kinshicho Station. Familymart just right beside the hotel and many restaurants around the area. Parco, Arcakit, Olinas, Terminas malls within walking distance. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Comforable beds and toiletries, teabags and coffee is provided at the counter near the reception. Breakfast at hotel is simple and good enough to start your day. Drink vending machines are located on the 2nd floor and they even have beer! For a small family of 3, it was a perfect stay! Definitely will recommend Keisei Richmond Kinshicho!

It was a great stay. Personnel was very nice and the hotel was clean and in great condition. The rooms might be a little small if your party is more than 4 people, but we still made it work (we were a family of 4 kids and 2 adults). We also used the luggage shipping service which was very convenient. There is 7-11 crossing the street and the train station is a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of dinner options around the area as well. We'd definitely stay there again if we had the chance!

Everything is good except that the mattress and pillows are not supportive. Staff are polite and can communicate with English. Room is clean and spacious. Specious bathroom with tub. Sufficient plugs in room. Close to both Sumiyoshi and Kinshicho stations. Direct train route to Narita Airport and direct bus line to Haneda Airport are within walkingdistance. Lots of eateries and shops around. Can get amenities according to own's need. It is more ideal if they have a scale for weighing the luggage.

The hotel overall was ok, just limited space and I heard a lot of hotels in Japan are like that? Since I traveled with my family with little one, walking to the train station for 8-10 mins was quiet long (no wonder some hotel insist only 3-5 mins walking distance). It’s inconvenient if we visit tourist places, because the nearest station was kinshicho, so each time when we do other popular landmarks it took pretty long. However the positive thing was, the pace seems slower around this area, and supermarket prices were more reasonable compare to like Shinjuku or shibuya. So depends on what you are looking for, if you want to be more chilled and not rush, this area could be good.

This was a great home vase for a 2 week Tokyo trip. The kinshicho station is a short walk, and has direct trains to many top destinations. There's a ton of terrific dining options around, and convenience stores on every corner. The hotel breakfast was quite good, especially for the price. I just wish they would let you get coffee from the cafeteria without buying a breakfast. All in all it was great accommodations and a good location for travel all while being away from the tourist zone, and enjoying a more locals vibe. For anyone visiting for the first time like I did, and is curious about transportation to and from Narita... We took the sky access local train to Oshiage station, then transferred to the hanzomon line to kinshicho (easy transfer). This took almost 2 hours, and was paid for entirely by a suica card. Going back to Narita we opted to take the airport limousine bus that departs from the tobu hotel levant, which is a short easy walk even with luggage. So consider either option when planning transportation

Hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. The lobby had an amenities bar where you can grab items like face wash, hairbands, etc. The hotel is very clean. I did rate that at 3 stars because the cleaning service system was very confusing, and must be done every morning. I forgot a couple times, and a laminated note was left under my door. The Eco option mentioned, clean towels would be provided, as well as bed making, and one more thing that slips my mind at the moment. Only new towels were left, even when we left out our used cups, so we had to ration cup usage to once every 3 days when they do the thorough cleaning. All in all, I would stay here again, and it was perfect for our small family of 3. Very closely located to the south side of Kinshicho station.

This location of the Keisei Richmond Hotel is walking distance (<10 minutes) from Kinshicho (JR) Train Station. Kinshicho is a transportation hub with convenient connections to Haneda Airport, Tokyo station and the Yamanote line. This is a basic, no frills hotel. The rooms are clean, no dingy carpets or draperies. The bath is Japanese style with a deep soaker tub. A hand held shower is used to wash before entering the tub. The toilet is in a separate little room and includes a washlette. The room includes a larger TV with local stations and BS satellite. Also included is a hot water kettle and mini fridge. The hotel does not have a restaurant but does offer a breakfast Buffett for an extra charge. If you want to eat lunch or dinner near the hotel, there are dozens of small restaurants in and around the Kinshicho Station Building. If you have read this far, I'm sure you would like to know, would I stay here again? The answer is yes

My stay was okey. Room was good but it was irritating that at night 23.00 around that time I heard a lot of noise from linens getting delivered. I was on the 8th floor and my room was right next to a service room. That was very annoying and it ruined my nights when trying to sleep! Also the walk from station at night you will be harrassed by hookers and bouncers in the night life industry
