I really liked the hotel. It located in a good and quite neighbourhood. You can reach the bus stop in 3 min by walk. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff was nice. Especially I want to thank Valid for his great helps during check in and warm welcoming. I will prefer to stay again on my another trip.

The staff was very friendly and helped us caught the right buses they also ordered our Uber for early pick up. It was very quit, clean and within a 1/4 of a block to bus stop and to grocery store. Very nice stay

Location was quite a long walk from the nearest Metro station and may not appear on a standard Paris map but clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and great views of Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

It’s a nice hotel and I had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a nice surprise. However, the walls are quite thin and I could hear very loudly every footstep the person above took. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

There were issues regarding room cleaning and replenishing towels, tea/coffee and tissues on both days. Disappointing because I was visiting family and the hotel is conveniently situated - unlike to return. I am most grateful to hotels.com for following up on this matter.

The property is a great value for Paris. Walleed and Igor were great front desk attendants, a great help on many issues. The good: Clean and pleasant. It is a typical room for economy travel in Paris. Breakfast is good but slightly more than we cared to pay. The negative: It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station. There is a bus stop not far away but we chose to walk. I'd happily stay there again.

We arrived late at night and check in was very quick. Felt very welcome from the start. The lift is tiny but works well. The room, a double, was kind of small but worked well, it had a little bar fridge, kettle, TV and the bathroom was small but good. Shower was a ittle difficult to regulate the temperature and when too many people had showers the pressure was a little low. Breakfast was simple but quite nice. All the staff was very helpful. It's in a quiet area and buses stop pretty much right outside. Very convenient if youre going to an event at La Defense Arena. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel left a lot to be desired. It’s definitely a no frills hotel. Two people were booked for the room and bathroom hand towels were for one person. Breakfast is 12€, a day but there was not much that I could eat. It would be better to go to the local bakery for breakfast. The staff was just okay. The morning front desk person was the best. The evening person seemed busy in the back room. Overall I would recommend a hotel closer to Paris or a larger hotel may give better services.

Booked room with Airconditioning and there was no Airconditioning. Was over 30°C . Unacceptable! J'avais reserve une chambre avec Climatisation et il n'y en avait pas (en travaux mais on aurait pu nous prevenir lors de la reservation). Il faisait 30°C . Inacceptable!

Hotel très bien situé, à 20 min de la Defense. Acceuil sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux (fruits frais, pain frais, fromage, oeuf...). Je recommande sans hésitation.
