Weather was great ,most of all the stores were closed, only because we went mon.-wed. The farmers market was great. The cabin was ok. We went to The Village movie theater, its alittle small but nice ,popcorn was great. Would I do it again maybe yes...differnt property would be my choice.

Was so surprised and happy with the cabin. We were able to get away from the world for our tine there and relax. The cabin was spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again next time i come up.

We didn’t like anything about it. It was a dump a block away from the main drag of an old mostly run down tourist town. It was advertised as a cottage in the woods. It was a shabby motel room with trees.

House pictures differ from real-life pictures. Everything in the houses is so old and dirty, from the bedding to the blankets to the glassware. Rather than adding water to the soap dispenser, they could at least fill it with soap for this price.

Terrible bed and not very clean.
Bed was very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned even though check in was very late. There was hair, dust, and dirt everywhere. Wifi was slow and spotty. Not worth the price. Location was good, area is central but quiet.

the site are cottages not regular hotel rooms....first room had a hard mattress once on it you sank down in it and difficult to get out of, then had 2 wooden chair that had loose backs on them....then got moved to different room for last night where mattress was better but both rooms were descent.

A Little Home Away from Home
I took a trip up to Big Bear to get away from the Los Angeles heat wave. I had never stayed at Sleepy Forest but my friend booked her cabin here. I was so happy I was introduced to this place and will be a return customer! The cabin was so cute and cozy! The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities. It was like having a little home away from home. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the staff were courteous and caring.

Amazing cabins in the woods!
The staff arr super amazing and attentive, they communicate via text and are, quite possibly, the most hptul.human beings on the planet. The room was great, Jacuzzi in the room, everything was cleans and the bed was very comfy. Everything was excellence and we will absolutely be staying here again.
