The property location was excellent. The property itself is well kept and unique. It could use a little more storage drawers for clothing and a bit more seating.

Wonderful stay
Second time at this motel and we are more than satisfied. Great service, satisfactory and clean kitchen, great location, beautiful surroundings, neat pool areas, calm and friendly vibe and a very good parking area. When requesting a room with mountain view we mentioned a previous room we’d stayed in, and the staff arranged the very same room for this stay which was highly considerate. Overall - had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t book any other hotel in Palm Springs.

Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to stay fast. The front desk called me to make sure I would arrive before they close at midnight. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The giant hot tub was a great way to soak away the stress of dealing with frontier costumer service. I would recommend 7 springs to anyone visiting Palm Springs.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the 7 Springs. The room was spacious, the housekeeping was very good (even left a rose, champagne and candy on Valentine's Day) and the front desk was helpful. Wonderful huge hot tub. The location was good, too -- just a short drive away from the bars and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs, and there were a few places easily walkable, too.

Good Motel
Very cute hotel. Updated decor and paint. Great front deal staff. Pretty darn clean although I’m picky about things like the phone (which was caked with stuff in the corners and on the buttons) and the wall’s in the bathroom and the door were splattered with “stuff” that if they can’t clean they should paint over. But other than that, it’s well maintained and everything worked well.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient, motel-style layout
7 Springs has a location far enough from the downtown core to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient for walking to restaurants and bars. I stayed in a room that had only one window in the bedroom area that faced out towards a roof, and that had little natural light by day and artificial light (an overhead light) by night. The room was spacious and comfortable but no-frills, with good air conditioning and a clean bathroom. Parking is free and plentiful. The price was very reasonable for the location and time of year when I visited.
