A great respite from the action in New Orleans! The hotel is walkable to everything near the quarter, but also removed too, so that you can really get some rest and charge up your batteries. Clean, well-serviced, and great rooms. We stayed in the historical rooms, but might choose the main building next time.

The service was flawless and kind and attentive. Perfect location - very central. We had an issue with our TV which was not effectively resolved (although, the staff did try), and so the Front Desk issued a partial refund. I highly recommend the Kimpton when staying in NOLA (and this is my 7th trip, so I have tried several other properties). I will absolutely be back.

The staff were very hospitable and had many recommendations to eat, shop, etc. during our stay especially the vallet they made our stay very comfortable and convenient.

THE BEST HOTEL IN NEW ORLEANS!
Not only was i able to reserve my room without paying upfront, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from Semaj at the front desk with treats and free passes to get on the street car. He was the ABSOLUTE best, and i pray they keep him around and give him a raise! The kimpton was right on the parade route, so all we had to do was walk right outside to enjoy all of the festivities. Each day there was something new and exciting for us and we were also able to wxtend out checkout for our latw flight! The Kimpton has absolutely become our favorite hotel, and we won't be staying ANYWHERE ELSE!
