The constant noise from the pipe work just outside your room is just to much I have stayed in a twin, double and club room this that this would get me a better position in the hotel well it did not the noise it to much. One towel in a twin room no phone to call down so you would have to walk and get another one, the cleaner is obvisiolousy short as I can see her swip marks from cleaning the shower, tiny hairs in sink, Nice bar area and pool.

First time staying as we normally use Holiday Inn hotels, but we wanted to see how good the gym was and have to say it’s excellent. Pity the breakfast is on the poor side. Nothing worse than powered scrambled eggs that need a steak knife to cut.

In the 21st century this hotel has no air conditioning whatsoever. The poor fans they supply are on a timer so you wake up every couple of hours. There is not even central heating, just electric fires in the room. The team here are very pleasant otherwise I would have had to leave a one. You will note I have stated in 100s of hotels but this one takes the biscuit.

The property was easy to get to via cab, I would not advise you to try and walk it as the road gets busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, only thing I didnt like was the room had no AC, but a Dyson fan was in full use. The room had no fridge to put your water or drinks, no complementary biscuits, or herbal teas. Other wise I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great location, very friendly, approachable and helpful staff, food is fairly decent (room service) and room is nice. Great there’s a Starbucks in the hotel too. Plenty of parking also and the pool is pleasant. Bed wasn’t that comfy and hotel is noisy. No air con so room was very warm however fans were provided thankfully it wasn’t too warm when I stayed however staying on a hot night would be unbearable. I got a good price for what I needed so am pleased with that but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Modern hotel with a twist
