Disappontment
I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible
The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

É um hotel nota 7,5. Não condizia com as notas que vi nas avalições online, não. O restaurante só funciona no café da manhã, então se quiser pedir algo para comer tem que ser via IFood. O quarto é confortável, mas bemmmm compacto. Nas fotos me parecia bem maior e mais luxuoso até, eu diria. É bom, mas não condiz com a imagem que vendem. O ponto alto é a localização; dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé.

Pode melhorar!
O banheiro estava "limpo". Percebemos que ocorreu uma "limpeza", pois estava úmido. Mas encontramos pêlos e cabelos no chão do banheiro. Tinha cabelo na pia também. E o quarto tinha aquele cheiro característico de quartos com carpete e precisamos deixar a janela aberta por algum tempo, para "trocar" o ar. Depois, com o ar condicionado ligado, disfarçou o cheiro. Café da manhã foi bom. A localização do hotel também é boa, com fácil mobilidade em Curitiba.

Hotel bem localizado a poucas quadras de shoping e mercados, quarto confortavel e atendimento rápido na recepção. Unico ponto negativo, mas que não fazem diferença na avaliação é uma certa demora para reposição ou as vezes nem reposto de alguns itens do café da manhã.

Não me hospedaria novamente, cheiro de mofo no carpete apartamento razoável, o hotel Slaviero que ficamos não é esse da foto dessa avaliação, banheiro não tem ducha higiênica, a recepção é apertada, funcionários confusos, sem uniforme e identificação, manobrista totalmente fora do padrão, não se sabia se pertencia ao hotel ou não, não tem estacionamento na propriedade, horrível para parar e descarregar as bagagens, ninguém ajuda, o café da manhã é servido num lugar apertado parece um corredor, os hóspedes ficam se batendo devido à falta de espaço, realmente lamentável. Trabalhei 23 anos na rede Accor Hotels em empreendimentos como Mercure, Sofitel, Novotel, Flats Parthenon entre outros e nunca imaginei que um dia ficaria hospedado num empreendimento tão precário, simplesmente lamentável..

Quartos de hotel com carpete deveriam ser proibidos. Academia sem música, televisão ou água, impossível de utilizar. Serviço muito bom, café da manhã com muita variedade e qualidade. Estacionamento não é no local, com manobrista, tudo certo.
