Hotel location is convenient yet quiet and within short walking distance of Leeds city centre and public transport. Public area of hotel was well maintained and we enjoyed the quality and range of food at breakfast. Our room was clean, a good size and comfortable although some of the fittings are a little dated. There is very limited parking available immediately around the hotel and the multistories in Leeds are fairly costly so bear that in mind if planning to drive to Leeds and stay here.

Tired and Poorly Maintained but Comfortable. Shower weak, Water RED HOT (Burnt my partner), both sink taps in our room fitted incorrectly/broken. Dirty room condition. Excellent location, cracking view and comfy bed.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly. We were served by a woman called Connie who was lovely, she made a real effort to talk to my little girl every time we saw her. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great hotel!

Hotel was great, very modern, rooms were very clean and modern too. Free minibar with some water, coke and some chocolate, which is definitely a plus and some great coffee making facilities. Only two things that let our suite down a bit - the fridge wasn't very cold in the room and the bathroom was a bit outdated. Breakfast was really good for the price and there was plenty of choice. For the price we paid on Easter Weekend was great. Highly recommend.

Comfortable stay in an executive room, easy check in and check out process and discounted parking at Royal Armouries has always been safe to date. Easy walking access to city centre and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in immediate vicinity.

Nice stay, query the check out time

We had a lovely stay, the room was nice and big and the bed was comfy. The only downside is that when we checked in, we were told checkout was at 12pm and this was written on our room card. At 11:30am we had loud knocking and a very angry voice saying ‘hotel management, open your door’. We were told that we should have checked out at 11am. I explained that we were told 12pm and showed her the card which said 12pm. We were just told ‘that’s fine’, but it just made us both feel a bit off that it had happened.

The hotel was nice and short walk to the city centre over a small bridge. Sainsbury's near by which was convenient. Staff were fine and professional from the few interactions I had. Only small negative was the bathroom was tired and the shower was not powerful. Overall, no issue with stay
