Amazing stay

Amazing hotel and stay. We came as a family of three with 10yo. The spa pool area is AMAZING, definitely make use of it! Hotel is well situated walking distance to attractions and public transport. Staff are wonderful. We left as the rains started and the lady at the front desk was fantastic, she helped us flag down a taxi and held an umbrella over us in the torrential downpours.

The staff was amazing. The shower in our room was causing flooding in the room below so we had to leave the room until it was fixed (no big deal) as we were on our way out. This was a fabulous hotel in a great neighborhood! It is located across the river from old town with a really nice shopping and dining street just around the corner. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was ample space in the bedroom and bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us get tickets to a flamenco show and told us of some great dining options. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Avoid this hotel, especially standard rooms

Standard rooms have a tiny window with a view into an internal shaft, and zero airflow. Air conditioning in winter blows infernally hot air only, regardless of setting. Tiny bathrooms in standard rooms. These rooms do not at all resemble the photos. Night staff were unfriendly but day staff were very courteous and moved us into a large room with a street light right outside the window. All rooms had extremely thin walls and doors; you could hear conversation clearly in neighbouring rooms into the night. A very poor experience.
