The staff was tremendous in every way, they operated from an ownership and were very capable, we received a congratulations on celebration our wedding anniversary, my wife was excited and very happy with our room and the facility as a whole, we used the restaurant, the spa, and enjoyed the wine at 5 p.m.

Our check in was at 4pm but the room was not ready until 6pm. The A/C unit and fireplace were a little finicky but other than that, the stay was good. The location is perfect. Close to Fisherman's Wharf and to Carmel by the Sea.

Nice location, you can walk to the harbor for boat, whale, and kyacks. Several places to eat nearby. Facility needs some upgrades, paint, and general attention. No clock radio, no USB charging for your phone or IPad. Room thermostst has no light to set room temp. You need a flashlight, or a phone with a light.
