Stayed 1 night here for a business trip. They are currently doing renovations so it was a bit of a run around to get to room and gym/pool if necessary. Elevator also wasn't working but that didnt bother me too much. The continental breakfast was laughable and only included if you booked through the hotel and not expedia. The room was dark and the carpet was damp by the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the room was hot without the AC on but the AC unit was very loud when on. Overall 5/10. wouldnt go back until renovations are completed.

Lots of parking with side doors closer to the room was a plus, and right across the street from food/shoppers. Not super busy either compared to the other hotels in the area i saw. The pool + hot tub was fantastic and why i chose this one. Happy with my stay!

Room and hotel was quite good, but we did have a complaint. It had snowed both nights we stayed, however the 6.00 am /7.00 am wake ups by the snow removal equipment was aweful. We felt he could have plowed the mall parking lot across the street first...lol
