SĂ©jour vraiment agrĂ©able, merci Ă  toute l’équipe de l’hĂŽtel pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Le cadre est magnifique et les prestations proposĂ©es sont top! Les enfants ont adorĂ© ces quelques jours oĂč ils ont pu profiter de la piscine et de la plage pour s’amuser avec les enfants prĂ©sents 👍

HÎtel bruyant, surpeuplé et mal organisé. A éviter

Si vous cherchez repos, espace et propretĂ© : fuyez. L’hotel cumule les mauvaises surprises. Surpopulation: superficie minuscule par rapport au nombre de clients. On se marche dessus partout et il est impossible d’avoir un coin tranquille. Piscine: 8 transats seulement autour de la piscine pour tout l’hĂŽtel, piscine sale, pas de WC autour. Les enfants y restent 4 heures d’affilĂ©e sans sortir
 imaginez l’hygiĂšne de l’eau (urine dans l’eau ...) Petit-dĂ©jeuner chaotique: 0 table disponible, buffet pris d’assaut comme si c’était la derniĂšre nourriture sur Terre. Seulement 2 serveurs dĂ©bordĂ©s, le cafĂ© arrive parfois aprĂšs 45 min. Plage bruyante : mĂȘme au bout de la plage, des enfants (clients de l’hĂŽtel) mal Ă©levĂ©s viennent vous rĂ©veiller de votre sieste ou vous dĂ©ranger. Ce n’est pas tant leur faute que celle de l’hĂŽtel : l’espace est tellement rĂ©duit qu’il n’y a nulle part oĂč se reposer en paix. Ambiance pesante : certains clients vous dĂ©visagent de haut en bas, ce qui rend l’atmosphĂšre encore moins agrĂ©able. Service bĂąclĂ© : 20 appels sur le tel fixe de la chambre pour nous imposer un transfert aĂ©roport non demandĂ© (avec un combi qui ne marche pas) Infrastructures mĂ©diocres : Wi-Fi quasi inexistant, 0 signal dans notre chambre. 0 clim. Direction dĂ©plorable : face Ă  nos remarques, la directrice dĂ©tourne le problĂšme (“ici, on aime les enfants”), et nous invite Ă  “aller ailleurs” si ça ne nous plaĂźt pas, alors que le sujet est l’espace rĂ©duit. Seuls points + : personnel d’accueil

HÎtel trÚs récent aux services et structures impeccables, trÚs bien situé, au pied de la lagune avec petite plage et transats au bord de l'eau, Mireille la directrice de l'établissement toujours aux petits soins et le personnel trÚs agréable et répondant à toutes nos attentes. La possibilité d'organiser des activités, la location de voiture directement sur place est vraiment un plus.

4 nuits horrible, nous qui somme venue trouver le calme. Nous avons passe nos nuits avec le bruits des camion qui traverse la nationale. Pas de clim, pas de reseau telephonique, Petit dejeuner catastophique etbimpossible d avoir une bouteille d eau a 22h30. Aucun rapport qualité prix. Et pour finir une facture doubler et a nous de prouver que nous avons payer hotel.com et verifier tout les tickets . Aucune reaction a ce jour de la gerante malgres nos nombreuses reclamations a son personnel qui sont reste tres professionnel. Merci hamza, Abdou et le staff qui reste les seul atouts de l hotel
