Where to start. First we called to let them know we were coming late, and they said they would leave us a key. They were so nice. However, they left us a key that didnt work. So we couldnt get in the room. When we tried to call the office was closed, and there was no one to help us. There was bugs every where. Then when we looked into the room, because the curtain was open, it wasnt even the room we ordered.
The best part was Hotel.com's customer service. They were amazing. They not only put us in a better hotel, but they also refunded me for the day we lost. Thank you hotel.com.
