The reception is well-staffed and friendly, the downstairs bar is open 24/7 and has a nice buzz. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect. We had the breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was excellent and varied. Overall a great stay.

Perfect for a solo traveler

I stayed here for two nights as a solo female traveler and had a simply lovely experience! Off the bat, the location is right next to Grand Central Station, which made utilizing public transportation a breeze. The location is also a stone's throw from Belfast city center, which made everything super convenient and walkable. This property lived up to my expectations as an IHG property (which was a big reason I booked it to begin with) and the staff was so friendly - they had great recommendations for local restaurants! The room was spacious and clean, and included all the amenities listed. Highly recommend, I would certainly visit again on my next trip to Belfast.

Lovely hotel. I've stayed here a few times now and found it to be warm and welcoming. It's just round the corner from Belfast Central Station with easy access straight to the airport. Rooms are lovely and clean with everything I've needed for my trips. And if you've forgotten something, just ask at reception.
