Always my go-to when in Russelsheim

Easy speedy check in. Quiet. Room was a decent temperature. Walking distance to places to eat, store and gas station. Found a burger place where I got a burger menu for 6,50. Opposite side of Don's Chicken and Burgers. This was on the paper the hotel clerk gave me.

Great Hotel for Stop Over

Great location for guest looking for a night prior to departure at the airport while also offering a place to venture out to tourist spots like Mainz. The onsite parking is tight and limited but the underground garage is available at a cost. Clean and comfortable but there were stains on carpets which took away from the hotel, not sure what happened!

Much better than expected at a very competitive rate. Just the price for the breakfast buffet is a bit over the top, so that I decided to skip breakfast. Rooms to main street are quite noisy when you open the window, so better look for a room on the silent side.

Convenient hotel

It's a nice hotel, but the elevators need some freshning up, they are a bit musky. The rooms are ok, a bit on the small side, but clean, but the beds are very small, so that we almost fell out of them. Not sure if all rooms are like this, but ours was. Another thing is the charge for the parking. Outside costs 5,00 Euro and in the garage 15,00 Euro. A bit much. Overall it's a good hotel for a night or two.

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Bad war aber sehr dreckig. Wir hatten Kleberreste auf der Klobrille und noch Bremsstreifen in der Toilette. Der Flur zum Zimmer sollte definitiv mal wieder erneuert werden. Überall waren grüne Flecken von Bleiche. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass die Reinigungskraft um 9:50 Uhr ins Zimmer kam, obwohl wir erst um 12 Uhr auschecken mussten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist auch nicht die Beste.

Very clean, but little irritants

I have stayed in this particular hotel several times. It seems to lose its luster slowly but surely. The restaurant is no longer open for lunch or dinner, which is extremely unsatisfactory. This is not communicated beforehand. There is a charge for parking in the hotel parking lot of 5 Euros per day, or in the underground parking garage of 15 Euros per day. This is also not communicated beforehand. Parking in the lot around the hotel means one has to park under trees. In the morning one gets a big surprise by finding one's hood, windshield and roof covered in huge droppings from ravens and magpies.

My worst hotel experience in 20 years

Room very hot as the heating system couldn't be adjusted on that floor. The AC in the room didn't work either or was disconnected. Opening the window was the last solution but it was impossible to sleep due to the traffic outside. Complained to the receptionist who couldn't help me with another room. Asked for a couple of fans, but got instead some heating apparatus far too noisy to be used. Heard also that the management knows about the technical problem regarding the heating system, but they dont seem to care about the welfare of their customers. Unprofessional and appaling managerial skills. This was the worst overnigt's stay I have experienced. And 5 euros for a spot on an empty car park...
